This piece is available reminder that things don't always go as planned and that sometimes when things go wrong they present you with the opportunity to make things even better than you originally planned. Now you might be wondering how did I come up with that from this painting 🤔.

Well originally this painting started out as an abstract piece with metallic red, white and blue. It looked beautiful and had some really unique designs and cells popping up as I set it to dry. But I was in a new location and didn't realize that the new table I was working on wasn't level and as the paint dired all the cool designs that I had really loved about the painting had slide off to one side 😭. I was so disappointed that things didn't work out the way that I had hopes or was expecting 😢. Have you ever experienced that feeling yourself?

I took a step back and gave myself a day or two to feel the disappointment. After that I came back and looked at the painting with fresh eyes 👀 and fell 😍 in love with what was instead of being disappointed with the results not being what I expected. I found myself asking what did I like about the painting and what could I do to make it better? And then it hit me, the blue background had a wind swept sky background from where the paint had slid off the canvas and then I thought this would be the perfect backdrop for something that always makes everything better, Flowers! 💐 😁

so I took a deep breath and added the poppy to the bottom right corner and I think it turned out perfectly. 😍

This painting is a reminder that even when things don't go as planned, if you persist, and keep a positive mindset you might just get a pop of inspiration that makes things turn out more perfectly than your original plan.
