True leaders help mitigate and soothe the fears of others. Providing reassurance that although the changes are difficult they are also necessary but together we can make things right and we have the strength to see this through all the twists and turns until we make it to the other side.

Leadership during these times must be able to hold tight to the vision of a better and more prosperous world as we navigate the challenges that come with great change.
